I’m a clinical CBT psychotherapist specializing in Trauma, Addiction, and Relationships. But beyond my clinical work, I’m a creator at heart—an innovator with a deep passion for building impactful programs and businesses that empower individuals and communities. For over 15 years, I’ve been immersed in the nonprofit sector, both as the CEO of my own organizations and as a dedicated advocate for the missions of others.
I believe in living intentionally, prioritizing what serves me mentally, emotionally, physically, and socially. My mission is to help others reach their fullest potential while fostering a future where growth and healing are accessible to all. My philosophy? Trust the process, embrace the journey, and always, always love yourself.
I’m a proud mom to a brilliant 16-year-old son with High-Functioning Autism. He challenges and inspires me every day, and together, we share a passion for curiosity and lifelong learning. Since his diagnosis at the age of six, I’ve become a strong advocate for Special Education.
As both a parent and a clinician, I help parents become the voice for their children, ensuring they receive the support, resources, and rights they deserve. I believe every child has the potential to thrive, and I fight for the rights of the special education population to create a more inclusive and empowering future.
I surround myself with people who strive to be better humans—those with good hearts and great intentions. I believe in the power of quality over quantity when it comes to relationships. My circle may be small, but it is filled with genuine, uplifting, and intentional connections that inspire growth and authenticity in every aspect of life. I value deep, meaningful bonds with those who challenge me to be better, hold space for my dreams, and show up with integrity and kindness. Life is too short for anything less than real, fulfilling relationships, and I choose to invest my time and energy into the people who truly matter.
Cancer has been my teacher, my enemy, and, in an unexpected way, my friend. It has taught me resilience, the art of letting go, and the beauty of living with only what truly matters. Facing such an intense battle reshaped my perspective on life, stripping away the unnecessary and leaving only what is real and meaningful. It taught me to embrace every moment, trust my body’s strength, and find gratitude even in the hardest days. While cancer tested me in ways I never imagined, it also revealed an inner power I didn’t know I had—the ability to rise, rebuild, and live with purpose.
My physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being are my top priorities. After my cancer journey, I became even more intentional about how I treat my body and mind. I fuel myself with the right foods, stay active, and live a disciplined yet simple life focused on overall wellness. Healing is an ongoing journey, and I’ve learned that true self-care isn’t just about what we do—it’s about how we live. I prioritize rest, movement, and mindfulness, ensuring that every choice I make aligns with my long-term health and happiness. I believe that nurturing ourselves from the inside out allows us to show up as our best selves for the people and causes we care about.
I thrive on bringing ideas to life—whether it’s launching brands, building programs from the ground up, or taking bold risks in business. Structure and organization are my secret weapons for long-term success. I don’t procrastinate, and I believe that discipline, consistency, and attention to detail are the cornerstones of great leadership. I approach every project with a visionary mindset, turning concepts into actionable strategies that create lasting impact. My ability to see potential where others see obstacles allows me to innovate with confidence, pushing boundaries and setting new standards in every endeavor. For me, success isn’t just about achieving goals—it’s about the process, the people, and the purpose behind everything I create.
