MISSION:

Trauma-Informed Behavior Transformation Process (TiBTP ©) provides a structured, trauma-informed approach to behavioral transformation that helps individuals identify and disrupt trauma-driven patterns affecting emotional wellbeing, relationships, decision-making, and daily functioning. TiBTP © integrates clinical principles, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Five Stages of Change, and recovery-based strategies to address the underlying causes of maladaptive behaviors and support meaningful, sustainable change.

VISION:

To expand the way behavioral change is understood and addressed by creating a trauma-informed model that connects past experiences to present behaviors and provides a structured pathway from awareness to long-term transformation. TiBTP © envisions a future where individuals, couples, families, youth, professionals, and organizations have access to adaptable tools that promote emotional regulation, healthier relationships, personal accountability, resilience, and sustainable growth.

WHO DO WE SERVE:

TiBTP © is designed for individuals and populations experiencing recurring emotional, behavioral, relational, or coping patterns that interfere with personal wellbeing, relationships, development, or performance.

The populations and specialized tracks may include:

  • Individuals seeking to understand and change trauma-driven behavioral and emotional patterns.
  • Couples experiencing recurring conflict, communication difficulties, attachment patterns, or unhealthy relationship cycles.
  • Adolescents and young adults developing healthier coping skills, emotional regulation, identity, and behavioral patterns.
  • Individuals experiencing maladaptive coping behaviors, dependency patterns, or difficulty maintaining behavioral change.
  • Teens experiencing digital dependency involving social media, gaming, streaming, artificial intelligence, online validation, or excessive technology use.
  • Business owners, leaders, and professionals whose unresolved behavioral patterns affect leadership, decision-making, relationships, performance, or organizational stability.
  • Specialized populations whose needs can be addressed through a population-specific TiBTP © track while maintaining the core trauma-informed transformation process.

GOALS: TiBTP © Framework

T – Trauma Awareness:

TiBTP © helps participants recognize how adverse experiences, attachment patterns, core fears, defense mechanisms, and learned coping strategies can influence present-day thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors. Increased awareness provides the foundation for understanding patterns without remaining controlled by them.

I – Insight:

TiBTP © helps participants connect past experiences to present patterns. Through guided reflection and CBT-based strategies, participants learn to identify cognitive distortions, emotional triggers, core beliefs, behavioral cycles, and maladaptive coping responses that may interfere with growth and stability.

B – Behavior Change:

TiBTP © moves participants beyond awareness by developing personalized strategies for change. Participants practice emotional regulation, healthier coping, communication, boundaries, accountability, and intentional decision-making while replacing maladaptive patterns with healthier behavioral responses.

T – Transformation:

TiBTP © supports the development of sustainable changes that strengthen emotional wellbeing, relationships, personal functioning, leadership, and other areas addressed within each specialized track. Transformation focuses on applying new skills and behaviors consistently in real-world situations.

P – Prevention:

TiBTP © recognizes that setbacks can occur during behavioral change. Through maintenance planning and the integrated Relapse Response Protocol, participants learn to recognize triggers and early warning signs, reapply coping strategies, strengthen support and accountability systems, and prevent temporary setbacks from becoming long-term regression.
