A Comprehensive Recovery System for Healing, Restoration, and Lifelong Growth
Whole Person Recovery™ (WPR) is a comprehensive, trauma informed recovery system designed to help individuals move beyond treatment and build healthy, meaningful, and productive lives.
WPR recognizes that lasting recovery requires more than addressing substance use alone. Recovery includes restoring physical and emotional health, transforming unhealthy behavioral patterns, rebuilding relationships, developing practical life skills, preparing for meaningful employment, discovering purpose, and becoming connected to a supportive community.
At the center of WPR is the Trauma Informed Behavior Transformation Process (TiBTP™), a structured therapeutic methodology that helps individuals understand and transform trauma driven behavioral patterns while developing healthier ways of thinking, responding, relating, and living.
Whole Person Recovery™ integrates clinical care with real world application through Eight Recovery Pillars:
Participants strengthen these areas through counseling, TiBTP™, Recovery Labs, family engagement, spiritual development, meal planning and preparation, practical life skills, vocational development, community involvement, and individualized recovery planning.
WPR follows four progressive phases designed to support recovery across time:
Phase I: Stabilization
Establishing safety, structure, healthy routines, and the foundation for recovery.
Phase II: Restoration
Rebuilding relationships, strengthening life skills, and increasing personal responsibility.
Phase III: Transformation
Developing independence, vocational stability, leadership, and purpose.
Phase IV: Maintenance and Advocacy
Sustaining lifelong recovery through continued growth, mentorship, service, leadership, and community involvement.
Whole Person Recovery™ is designed to prepare individuals for life beyond treatment.
Through clinical support, practical experience, meaningful work, healthy relationships, spiritual growth, and community connection, participants are encouraged to move from healing to restoration, restoration to transformation, and transformation to leadership and legacy.
Recovery is not simply about leaving addiction behind. It is about building a life worth protecting.
